Thriving where purpose meets challenge, I’ve spent over a decade as a corporate compliance and ethics professional implementing compliance programmes, providing legal support and creating change. In tackling complex issues there is nothing more powerful than collaboration and I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating across industries, with governments, universities, NGO’s and with some of the best experts in the field. In 2018 I received the Compliance Innovator of the Year 2018 award at the European Counsel Awards for the success of Maersk Line’s strategy to fight extortion and corruption on its frontline.

On this site I will discuss and share analysis on how to effectively address integrity risks such as corruption, trade controls and security and human rights. We will dive into integrity models proven effective in my work and we will travel the world to see other integrity models used in the field and how they work. We will explore what we can learn from other disciplines, for instance psychology and behavioural sciences, and analyse interesting venues to pursue to create more change.
